Greek Yogurt Parfait
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of granola (You could treat yourself to homemade, or I also like the KIND Healthy Grains Outs & Honey Cluster with Coconut)
- 1/4 cup of fruit (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana or a mix)
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened toasted coconut
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- Honey (to drizzle)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl in the following order: yogurt, fruit, granola, toasted coconut, chia seeds, honey.
This is one of my favorites for a quick breakfast in the morning, or I'll even pack it up and take it with me if I am in a rush.
