Easy-Cheesy Beer Dip

Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley dry ranch mix
  • 1 can of light beer

Instructions:

  1. Take the cream cheese blocks out of the refrigerator and allow to soften. (You want them to be pretty soft since you will be mixing by hand.)
  2. Once softened, combine the cream cheese and dry ranch mix in a bowl and stir until the powder is combined into the cheese. 
  3. Slowly add in 1/4 of the can of beer, continue to stir. 
  4. Slowly add in the 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, continue to stir. 
  5. Slowly add in another 1/4-1/2 can of the beer until it reaches desired dip consistency, and is mixed completely. 
  6. Let the dip set in the fridge for about 1-2 hours. Serve with pretzel twists or veggies. 

Mexican Cheesy-Beer Dip!?!

Swap out the ranch seasoning for taco seasoning, and use a Mexican beer.
