Citrus Fruit Salad
Here's what you'll need:
- 1-2 large grapefruits
- 1-2 large blood oranges (or substitute regular orange)
- 1 pomegranate
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- Shaved coconut and sliced almonds for garnish
Instructions:
- Peel and slice up the grapefruits and oranges. Place layered on a serving dish.
- Break the pomegranate in half, pop out the seeds and sprinkle over the top of the sliced fruit salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and vanilla extract. Drizzle lightly over the top of your dish.
- Garnish with shaved coconut and sliced almonds.
